Hope.
Sustainability.
Dignity.
We address material poverty by providing household goods and furniture to individuals and families who cannot afford the essentials to establish stable and comfortable homes - those transitioning out of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, aging out of foster care, or arriving as refugees.
Donated household goods
and furniture changes lives.
Since 2013, we’ve been alleviating material poverty by redistributing gently-used household goods and furniture to individuals transitioning out of crisis ~ without cost, without judgment.
Our ‘shoppers’ self-select items, for free, that they need to make their new living space into a welcoming home for themselves and their dependents. By connecting community generosity with those in need, Anney’s Closet serves hundreds of shoppers each year, referred to us by more than 50 community social service agencies.
Diverting usable goods from the landfills creates a circular effect and a better future for all.
Every item donated is an act of hope, sustainability, and dignity.
